We are an organisation established to assist in cultivating the minds of generations through sport.
Be Ball You Can offer dynamic sporting sessions whilst incorporating self-confidence building and segments of motivational speaking. Our innovative sessions are fun, active and engaging. We teach and develop fundamental sporting skills and assist in building confidence and life skills. We are committed to seeing improvement both physically and mentally.
Our Services
Primary School Basketball Tournaments
Our Basketball tournaments have been running for three years now and each year they get bigger and better. More schools join each year as we come together, play games and compete, all in the name of fun, community and collaboration. Come and join us!

After School Clubs
Led by experienced and dedicated instructors, each session contributes to our overarching goal of fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. We firmly believe that extracurricular activities & sports play a pivotal role in nurturing confidence and essential life skills.

PE Services
Our PE sessions are fun, engaging and are designed to get the best physical and mental output from all of our students. Our coaches offer an array of different sports and games that coincide with the national curriculum whilst making playing sports and learning fun.
Mentoring/Self-Confidence Building Sessions
We also offer mentoring sessions which are used in order to engage with students away from a sporting setting. These sessions have proven very successful in assisting students with regulating their emotions and giving them a platform in a safe space to be able to express themselves
A Real Sense Of Community
We were proud to team up with the Mayor of Lewisham, the council and Deptford Green school to officially open up the Blue Cage basketball court in Deptford.
It has stood as a shrine of development and social engagement to the community for many years and now with this redevelopment, we hope that it continues to produce high level athletes, confidence and encourage social interactions to bring the community that much closer together.

Millennium Primary School
Dijon Joseph has delivered a Basketball after school club at Millennium Primary School for the last year. Dijon has been such a good role model for the children. Always on time, extremely courteous and polite. Dijon was always on time and never missed a session.
The children have enjoyed being taught by Dijon who has almost been looked up to as an older brother. We have thoroughly enjoyed having Dijon and wish him every success for the future.
